In Washington, D.C. at Genetic Alliance’s 25th Anniversary Celebration
Dr. Gunay-Aygun, primary investigator for “Clinical Investigations into ARPKD/CHF” at the National Institutes of Health, was honored by the ARPKD/CHF Alliance at the Genetic Alliance’s 25th anniversary celebration September 22, 2011, at the National Geographic Society in Washington, DC.
Recognized for her dedication to ARPKD/CHF research, Dr. Gunay-Aygun is known by hundreds of ARPKD/CHF families for her tireless work, ability to educate and empower ARPKD/CHF parents and adults, and her sincere concern for all those living with this disease.
