President Bush Signs GINA

On April 24, 2008, President Bush signed into law the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA).  GINA provides protections against genetic discrimination by health insurers and employers. 

The ARPKD/CHF Alliance is a member of the Coalition for Genetic Fairness and supported GINA.
